Like many schools, colleges, and universities we have many different people coming from many different walks of life. What doesn’t change is the heat people put on their feet. My plan is that I would go around my campus and take some pictures of students' sneakers. Currently, I study at Bryn Athyn College and will use the students there. And I know that it sounds weird walking around asking people if can take a picture of a person's sneakers and it even sounds weirder explaining to them what I was doing it for, “Oh I’m just going to post them online for my website”.
After some convincing and begging on my part, I manage to get some pairs on this blog. Not surprising is that a lot of folks wore the same shoes around on campus. Some pairs are similar but just in different colorways and some of them are completely out of the blue and I don’t know where they got those from. Without forward delay let’s jump into it.
Vans Old Skool SK8 High
At the time two students were playing ping pong in the Gameroom where I snapped a photo of the shoes. One of the students Rafe is on the team for Volleyball at the college with me and this is a picture of the shoes of his friend's shoes. Rafe was also wearing are pair of Vans Old Skool but it was low. I don’t take a picture of Rafe's shoe reasoning being he and his friend having an intense pong match and I didn’t want to come in between that. Great show though.
Christiana's Air Force One
Christiana had the AF1s( Air Force Ones) on her feet. You can see people all on campus wearing them. That is not surprising due to Af1 becoming mainstream and easily Nike’s best-selling shoes for decades. So popular that people made songs about them. Austin, Texas Rapper Nelly made a song about them. It’s here if you want to see it.

Miguel's Crocs
This is a picture of Miguel’s crocs who claims to own several pairs of them. I think this is the new wave for the young generation, something you can slip on and off. Most students are going for a care-free comfortable sort of style, this wave is really due to the pandemic and college students not caring what they are wearing. Most are pulling in their Pjs to class, looking forward to the day when we can pull up to work in a onesie.
Cevin's Nike Slides
Cevin is no different rocking the slides in the Gameroom for more of a comfortable look. What I really want to point out is the breakfast socks Cev has on. I would be taking a good guess and say that Cev likes breakfast.
Soccer Boys UGG Neumel
Now in class, The soccer boys got the right idea for going cozy. Nearly all of them wearing the Ugg Neumel. The soccer boys aren’t the only ones owning a pair of these Ugg's it just so happens to be in my class and they all seat in a row together all wearing the Ugg's. Coincidence??? Yes, I think so but It just so happens to be on that day. I’m also posting this in late January-early February and it’s getting cold in the Northeast region of the US. Not surprising people want to wear flurry, cozy, comfortable shoes.
